This past weekend was just full of adventures - I  love it! So exciting, but so exhausting, nonetheless - so blessed :)

July 1 - Work at USD then work in the Montgomery Middle School garden then off to rehearsal with the Attention Deficits at the Fortins’ house :) then celebrate Liberty’s birthday at the Lincoln Room downtown. My first time there - pretty cool live music. Plus I love that woman, she’s pretty awesome :)

July 2 - Finally went to the health clinic to get my cough checked out and they gave me an appointment to come back Tuesday. Errands - feeling accomplished. Then at 4pm Desiree got back from Vegas and we headed to Anaheim to surprise Kathryn. Best surprise ever :) haven’t seen those girls in such a long time - great reunion time. We surprised Kat at her band’s show. We drove up and asked her where Kathryn Matt was and she freaked out WTF OMG! Opened my drivers side door and jumped on us. I must say it was definitely a trip - she still loves her R&B and hip-hop but homegirl is now in one of those “screamer” bands I call them. haha. She’s a rockstar - love her :)

July 3 - Wine tasting and horseback riding in Temecula! Sarah’s bday present to me and Sammy. She’s the best :) Ednalen, Dale, and Crystal also tagged along. Well it was Crystal’s idea :) extremely hot up there but amazing! Horseback riding was gorgeous… kind of reminded us of the Parent Trap when Lindsay Lohan rides the horse through the vineyard yup that’s what we did but not as fast haha. Of course we had to have dinner at TapEx with Dale haha with Vino & Mikey-Rex :)

July 4 - SD county fair! Last day of the fair - adventure with the homies: Aj, David & Eisha came down from Vegas. Sarah, Allen & Sammy and I showed them the fair :) Sammy and I were the only ones that didn’t win prizes but that’s okay we were the cheerleaders haha. Fireworks at USD - one of SD’s best kept secrets bc you can see pretty much all the fireworks in SD and prime view for Sea World’s fireworks :) oh and definitely a hilarious day to pick on David haha.

It’s all over but so much more yet to come. I think the best part is reconnecting with people I haven’t seen in forever - friends from Vegas. Love that Ryn & Ree are still the same - caught up on all the latest gossip haha. Love my USD girls. Love the guys from Vegas - used to dance with them all in Tita Amy’s Filipino dance troop. Good times. Definitely blessed :)

Oh and tomorrow one of my best friends from high school is coming to SD to try out for American Idol lol - oh Nico :)
